Ladies and gentleman, I proudly present NewsTalk&Text. A spankin’ new research group at Ghent University. News production is our name, applied linguistics our game. Why inflict this on the world, you think? Well, because the times are a-changing in newswork and we believe interdisciplinary linguistic research can help to better understand these developments.
