Let the dollar circulate. Pretty please?

2 11 2008

This song by 1970s Philly soul legend Billy Paul is so current and timeless, it could easily be repackaged and sold as a Collateralized Debt Obligation. Hell, I’d sign on. Taken from his 1975 album When Love is New, ‘Let the dollar circulate’ is a soul symphonic gem (and sample evergreen). Drums, bass, strings, horns, the works. Go grab it.
