Un bon – but pricey – vin rouge

2 08 2008

Come summertime, I like my red wines chilled, stylish and potent. Enter Bon Cap Syrah 2004. A muscular wine from South Africa’s largest privately owned organic wine farm. With a firm nose, spicy flavors and 14% alcohol, this wine packs a punch and begs for barbecued red meat. While a tad overpriced at €15, this wine will please your palate for years to come. Available in Belgium via DiMarco biowines.
