Chasse-Spleen delight

Rediscovered the exquisite cuisine and service at the Gril aux herbes d’Evan just outside Brussels. What is more, we also discovered an equally superb (and surprisingly affordable) Bordeaux white to go with our turbot: a 2004 Chasse-Spleen, a majestic blend of 65% Sémillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc. Outstanding.
